MTN Sauna Return & Refund Policy

At MTN Sauna, we take pride in providing premium-quality sauna products built for longevity and your well-being. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Important: Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Custom-built or made-to-order sauna units are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or built-to-order saunas (including custom builds)
  • Installed or used products
  • Installed or used heaters, controls, or electrical components
  • Sauna kits or prefabricated saunas once shipped
  • Essential oils, stones, or other consumables
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Accessories that have been opened or used (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@mtnsauna.com or call 208-420-6453 with your order number and reason for return
  • Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
  • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
  • A defective product
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item received
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
  • MTN Sauna is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; we recommend using an insured carrier

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns
  • If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping, a partial refund may be issued

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

If you need an exchange, please follow the return process above.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee
  • Custom sauna orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Custom builds may require a non-refundable deposit (e.g., 40%)

9. Warranty Support

Certain products (such as sauna heaters and controls) may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.
