At MTN Sauna, we take pride in providing premium-quality sauna products built for longevity and your well-being. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Returns Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

You may request a return under the following conditions:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Important: Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before sending any items back.<\/b><\/p>\n

          Custom-built or made-to-order sauna units are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.<\/b><\/p>\n

          2. Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h3>\n

          Due to safety, hygiene, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are not eligible for return:<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Custom or built-to-order saunas (including custom builds)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Installed or used products<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Installed or used heaters, controls, or electrical components<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Sauna kits or prefabricated saunas once shipped<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • Essential oils, stones, or other consumables<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • Clearance or final sale items<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • Accessories that have been opened or used (unless defective)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        3. Return Process<\/b><\/h3>\n

                        To initiate a return:<\/b><\/p>\n

                        • Contact us at support@mtnsauna.com or call 208-420-6453 with your order number and reason for return<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          • Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.<\/b><\/p>\n

                              4. Return Shipping<\/b><\/h3>\n

                              • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                          • MTN Sauna is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; we recommend using an insured carrier<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                            5. Refunds<\/b><\/h3>\n

                                              • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                        9. Warranty Support<\/b><\/h3>\n

                                                                        Certain products (such as sauna heaters and controls) may be covered by a manufacturer\u2019s warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer\u2019s terms.<\/b><\/p>\n

                                                                        MTN Sauna is happy to assist with warranty claims\u2014please contact us with details and photos of the issue.<\/b><\/p>\n
